For three days, 360 sommeliers and wine professionals from 25 countries will come together to taste, learn, and grow from 20 different topics on the sommelier world in one 32,000 sq.ft. venue, The Port of Montreal’s Grand Quay.

The core audience for this program is a sommelier/buyer/wine director involved in the hospitality industry. About 10 % to 15 % of the tickets will be available for wine media, consultants, sales representatives, service staff and wine educators. Participants will be chosen upon their profile and their educational needs.

Trade only. The program is in English. The ticket includes the 3-day conference pass, all seminars and tastings, 1 dinner, 2 lunches and a copy of the Somm360 bookazine.

The Somm360 Development Program (SDP) aims to help sommeliers become better professionals before, during or after a competition. Through the different Training camps, the Conference and the Wine Experience, SDP is designed to provide sommeliers with the necessary tools (i.e. education, mentorship, resources & more) to further enhance their career development. The program is in English. Trade only.

The Elite Camp

The participant should have partaken in the Best Sommelier of the World competition to apply. Open to 20 sommeliers-athletes worldwide.

The Rookie Camp

The participant should have won Best sommelier of his/her country or many countries like the Nordics, Baltics, etc., OR other sommelier competition but never participated at the Best Sommelier of the World competition to apply. Open to 20 sommeliers-athletes worldwide.)

The Wine
Experience

A unique wine experience offering wine lovers the opportunity to meet and watch elite sommeliers in training being challenged in different real restaurant tasks. On top, the evening will offer an interactive and creative tasting activity, some exquisite wine pairings and more! The animation will be in French and English. Open for general consumer and trade. This closing activity will take place in the heart of the Old Port, at a stunning venue, La Scena.

A 1-day seminar for up to 50 sommeliers and wine professionals, with 4 to 6 topics, focused on continuous education. Wine is the main subject, but depending on the city, we include one or two industry sessions on spirit, sake, beer, tea, coffee, service, management or training for sommelier competition. The tour has made stops in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and New York. Stay tuned for the next destination. Trade only.
